    Good afternoon. I noticed that you blow your nose incorrectly, thereby provoking the discharge of water and mucus deeper into the sinuses. And it is very important to purge after rinsing the nose, as yogis do with jala neti. The bottom line is that in your case, the effect may not be from washing. • @easyflowing
      @easyflowing Місяць тому

      Why would you need to carry someone on your shoulders in deep water? For lifeguarding there are different types of holds, none of which include shoulders... Do you mean an under armpit grip?

      @@easyflowing Yes, and the submerged unconscious victim rescue.

    • @easyflowing
      @easyflowing Місяць тому

      @@imnotonmars as far as I remember, getting a submerged victim up, out of the water, you'd need to use one arm to hold the body and use the other arm to help you pull the water while doing scissor kicks upward. To practice that, I'd suggest to practice with a weightlifting plate or a heavier kettlebell. Pulling a body would be easier, however, practicing with something heavier would build up your strength.

    • @easyflowing
      @easyflowing Місяць тому

      @@imnotonmars will you be able to use a rescue tube while pulling the body backwards using the eggbeater kick? It's usually placed in between yourself and the person.

    It is evident how unsatisfactory America is; observe how effortlessly they amuse themselves in that region. It is quite disheartening; there seems to be no standard of propriety. Why would anyone be interested in witnessing an individual extract boogers from their nose? I feel dismayed by this.

    • @easyflowing
      @easyflowing Місяць тому

      @UnknownHomie If you had a problem breathing due to chronic rhinitis or sinusitis, you would want to find something helpful to heal. Did you know that mouth breathing is linked to hearth problems? You probably didn't. I am happy that you have no health problems. However, before passing judgment, you should educate yourself about health problems some people are dealing with. By the way, wich America are you talking about, North or South?

    I am definitely going to practice this routine. I confuse myself during practice. It's not easy for me to look at my instructor underwater. I also read another viewer comment regarding being nerves at the deeper end. I agree with this comment. You stated to practice in shallow water first. When I tried in the past, I continued to til backward or go underwater. My instructor told me to push my pelvis upwards and still continue to til backward. Any recommendation? The body must straight or bend 45°????

    • @easyflowing
      @easyflowing 4 місяці тому

      The higher up your body is to the surface, the easier it is for you to stay afloat, so bent would be better. Also, it will depend on a desired direction of movement through the water. Moving backwards, your legs will come up closer to the surface infront. Moving forward, your mody will lean forward but your hips will have to open up so that your legs would stay in the back. Moving sideways, your body will lean to the side and it will have to bend in your hip joint and your waist to the side. You can look through these videos if you'd like more visual examples, that is if your question is about treading water as a whole, not just sculling: Eggbeater Kick: ua-cam.com/play/PLlni5Zb5tjJnu1wq8sRH4k3QLQVwk6CYc.html

      I am glad you have survived the water when you didn't know how to tread it! It is great to hear that my instruction video was helpful in your learning process. I recommend learning both treading water and a back float. The sequence does matter, though. I prefer to teach how to balance in water vertically first and only afterwards I teach floating. Because one cannot survive in open water without knowing where to go, and being able to keep the head upright in water (just enough to figure out where safety is) is a priority in a survival situation in my opinion.
